Two held after barber's shooting

Two men have been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a 25-year-old in a barber's shop.

The man was at the shop in Acton Lane, Harlesden, north-west London, at about 1330 BST. He had suffered a gunshot wound and died at the scene.

Two men are being held in custody at north London police stations.

Up to nine people in the shop at the time fled afterwards, police said. A post-mortem examination of the unnamed man will be held on Saturday.

Detectives from the Met's Operation Trident team, which looks at gun crime in London's Afro-Caribbean communities, are investigating.
