Teenager remanded in murder case

A 16-year-old boy has appeared in court charged with murdering a 14-year-old boy in west London.

Amro Elbadawi died when his throat was slashed in Dart Street, Queen's Park, on Thursday afternoon.

The accused boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was remanded in custody by West London Youth Court until Monday.

Amro, of West Kilburn, west London, was the second teenager to die from a stab wound in London on the same day.

Earlier on Thursday Devoe Roach, 17, died when he was stabbed close to his home in Stamford Hill, Stoke Newington, north London.
