Men deny traffic warden assault
Two men have pleaded not-guilty to an assault on a traffic warden in south-west London.

The 38-year-old victim was attacked while on duty outside the Gardeners Arms pub in Chatham Road, Battersea, on 27 June 2007.

Police said the parking attendant suffered serious head injuries.

Steven Pratley, 24, and Lee Jones, 22, both of Tooting, south-west London, will stand trial for actual body harm at Kingston Crown Court on 21 July.

Both men were granted unconditional bail.
