Two teenagers have appeared in court charged with the fatal shooting of a man in south London.

Robel Tewelde, 21, was found dead in a stairwell on the third floor of flats at Jephson Court, in Studley Road, Stockwell, on 2 October.

Ngozi Edwards, 18, of Hemans Street, Lambeth, and a 17-year-old youth appeared before Camberwell magistrates charged with murder.

They were remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on 21 January.

The 17-year-old is also charged with carrying a gun.

A third man has been bailed to a date in November, Scotland Yard said.
