A man has died hours after being shot outside a bar in south-west London.
Kolawole Ojo Babadiya, 28, died in hospital after he and another man, who is in a stable condition, were injured in Clapham.
Officers discovered the men outside the SW8 Club in Wandsworth Road in the early hours.
Officers from Operation Trident, which deals with gun crime in the black community, are investigating and have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
Det Ch Insp Adnan Qureshi said: "This is an appalling loss of another young life. We are appealing to the local community to come forward.
"Anybody who may have been travelling on a bus or who may have seen anything, or anyone who was passing through should contact the incident room."
