Fire causes jet emergency landing
A passenger jet was forced to return back to Heathrow Airport five minutes into its flight after one of its engines caught fire.

The captain of the Boeing 737 jet bound for Belgrade shut down the engine and requested a return to the airport at about 1400 BST.

A spokesman for the National Air Traffic Services said the flight was given a priority landing.

Airport operator BAA said the plane landed safely at Heathrow at 1414 BST.
