Dogs' dinner event held at hotel
Pets' tea party
About 1,000 pets have been registered for the event nationwide
Canines will gather over afternoon tea at a prestigious London hotel to help raise money for needy animals.

Claridge's Hotel in Mayfair, central London, will host the pack of dogs as part of a national event which will see tea parties for pets nationwide.

The fundraiser is being organised by The Blue Cross animal welfare charity.

About 1,000 pets and their owners have registered for the event nationwide. Proceeds from each tea party will help care for sick and stray animals.
