Woman accused of killing children

A woman has appeared in court charged with murdering her two children.

Vivian Gamor is accused of killing her 10-year-old son and three-year-old daughter between 26 and 27 January.

The children were found dead at the family home by the Metropolitan Police's Child Abuse Investigation team on Saturday.

Ms Garnon, 29, of Penbury Close, Hackney, east London, was remanded in custody by Thames Magistrates' Court until an Old Bailey hearing on 8 May.

She was arrested at the property in Hackney on Saturday morning.

It is not yet known how the children died.
