Man charged with street killing
A 30-year-old has been charged with the murder of a man following a street fight in west London.

Suryakant Purushottam Patel, 60, from Southall, west London, died from head injuries on Harlington High Street on Friday morning.

Laidi Benomor, of no fixed address, has been charged with his murder, the attempted murder of a 69-year-old man and five counts of actual bodily harm.

He is due to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates Court on Monday.

Mr Benomor, who is Tunisian-born, has also been charged with the burglary of a cafe in Harlington High Street on Friday.
