A 40-year-old man charged with the murder of a special constable has appeared in court.
Mrs Patel-Nasri was stabbed outside her home
Tony Emmanuel, from East Ham, east London, appeared before Ealing Magistrates' Court charged with the murder of Nisha Patel-Nasri.
He was remanded in custody to appear at crown court on 16 March. No application for bail was made.
Mrs Patel-Nasri was stabbed as she went to investigate noises outside her home in Wembley, north-west London, in May.
The 29-year-old had been a special constable for three years.
A 37-year-old man who was also questioned by police in connection with the murder on 11 May has been released on bail until February.
A 35-year-old man arrested on Friday morning remains in custody at a London police station.
Mr Emmanuel was arrested on 6 December after police recovered an Audi A4 from a street in south west London.
