Third day of delays at Waterloo
Train operated by South West Trains
Two rear carriages derailed as the train approached the platform
Commuters using London's Waterloo Station had to endure more disruption as tracks damaged in a derailment were still being repaired.

A section of the line was broken when two carriages came off the rails as a train approached the station on Tuesday evening.

The carriages stayed upright and no-one was hurt, but services were affected.

South West Trains said several platforms remain closed on Thursday causing a reduction to some routes.

The last two carriages of the South West Trains service from Dorking came off the tracks as it entered the station at 1830 BST.

Passengers were led to safety through the other carriages and through the driver's cab at the rear of the train.

A Network Rail spokeswoman said an investigation had begun into the derailment.
