A teenager charged with murdering 15-year-old Kiyan Prince has made a second appearance in court.

The 16-year-old, who cannot be named because of his age, is accused of stabbing Kiyan outside his school.

Kiyan was attacked near the London Academy school in Edgware, north London, on 18 May.

The accused appeared at Brent Youth Court on Friday and was remanded in custody to appear at Central Criminal Court on 7 July.

A post-mortem examination gave the cause of Kiyan's death as a single stab wound to the chest.

Kiyan was a youth team footballer for west London's Queens Park Rangers football club.
