Two brothers have appeared in court charged with murdering a teenager who was stabbed in south London.

Alex Mulumba, 15, died from a single stab wound to the heart after he was knifed in Black Prince Road, Lambeth, on Thursday.

Adu Sarpong, 18, and 20-year-old Nana Sarpong, both of Mickleson House, Lambeth, appeared at Sutton Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

They were remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on 19 September.

Two 14-year-old boys and another youth, aged 16, have been bailed until July.
