House deaths accused in custody

A woman and two brothers were found dead at the house
A man has been remanded in custody charged with killing a woman and two children found dead in a house.

Atalokhia Omo-Bare, 49, of Islington, north London, appeared at court accused of manslaughter and two counts of causing grievous bodily harm.

The bodies were found at a house in Barking, east London, on Thursday. Two other women are seriously ill.

A post-mortem examination suggested the woman may have been poisoned by carbon monoxide - more tests are being done.

The two dead children were brothers, aged three and 18 months.

Mr Omo-Bare, who is unemployed, appeared at Barking Magistrates' Court on Saturday, where he was remanded in custody until his next hearing at the Old Bailey on 21 July.
