A teenager has appeared in court charged with the murder of nursing assistant Cheryl Moss.
Cheryl Moss was found stabbed in a nearby park
Mrs Moss, 33, from Dagenham, east London, was repeatedly stabbed in a park behind St George's Hospital in Hornchurch, east London, on Thursday.
Stuart Harling, 18, from Rainham, Essex, was arrested on Friday after the discovery of a blue sports bag.
Mr Harling, a trainee accountant, was remanded in custody at Enfield Magistrates' Court on Monday.
A post-mortem examination confirmed Mrs Moss had died from multiple stab wounds.
The healthcare assistant, who was on a cigarette break when she was attacked, had worked on the hospital's geriatric ward for more than a decade.
Security has been stepped up at the hospital to reassure staff, who are said to be deeply shocked.
Mr Harling will appear in court next at the Old Bailey on 17 July.
