Deadline for July bombing fund
Tavistock Square bomb scene
9m has been donated to the fund
People caught up in the 7 July bombings have until midnight on Friday to apply for money from the London Bombing Relief Charitable Fund (LBRCF).

The charity was set up in the aftermath of the attacks to give grants to the bereaved and seriously injured.

So far more than 7m has been handed out by the LBRCF, which has received 9m in donations.

The charity said awards would not be guaranteed for applications received after the deadline.

But, they would be treated "with compassion where there are exceptional circumstances, and within the funds it has available".

The payments are separate from compensation from the government's Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme.
