'Flirt school' to help singletons
Nick Moran
Ms Moran says people often flirt with those they do not fancy
Despite being home to millions of people, London can be a lonely place if you are single.

So life coach Nicky Moran from Islington, north London, has set up a 'flirt school' to train people in the art and help them find a mate.

The 32-year-old says the key to success is confidence and the ability to let people know you are interested.

While woman are better flirts, giving out 80% of signals, Ms Moran says men are not good at picking up on them.

"What I do is help people with their confidence. It's so much about confidence and also helping people to be aware of what they do when they meet the opposite sex," she said.

Put on the clothes that make you feel good
Repeat affirmations to yourself about what type of person you want to come across as
Make eye contact
Be approachable

"People are better at flirting with people they don't fancy that much, then suddenly they are with somebody that they really find attractive and they'll be really strange.

"They start talking rubbish or they get defensive."

As well as training people to feel good about themselves she teaches people in the skills needed to let people know they are interested.

These range from putting on the clothes which make you feel good and all important eye contact.

Ms Moran says one of the successes she has had, was a woman who had been single for four years who met her current long-term partner after just one session.
