Two men who have run a marathon every day for a week finish their 183-mile route on Sunday.
Policeman Neil Hudson, 34, and pub landlord Leo Brooke-Little, 39, both from Gloucestershire, have been running along the River Thames since Monday.
They started at the source in Kemble, Gloucestershire, and 183 miles later will end at the Thames Barrier.
The Source-to-Sea run hopes to raise £5,000 for Water Aid, which campaigns for safe water for the world's poor.
The pair are keen runners and have completed a number of marathons.
Mr Brooke-Little told BBC News on Sunday: "Neil lives up by the source in Kemble and we saw sign that read, 'Thames Barrier - 183 miles' and we said to each other, 'shall we run it'.
"We were going to do it for ourselves but we though we'd raise money for Water Aid as we are running by the Thames."
He added: "We are suffering the hard surfaces of London and there are a few aches and pains but nothing too serious."
The two finished at around 1530 BST at the barrier in Greenwich.
