Search for shopkeeper's murderer
Suvramiam Sivakumar
Suvramiam Sivakumar was found dead in his shop
Detectives are searching the shop where its owner was found dead in north west London two days ago.

Suvramiam Sivakumar, 44, is believed to have been murdered at his convenience store, Apna Bazaar, on Willesden High Road, sometime on Wednesday night.

He was found on Thursday morning, but police still do not know what killed him, or if anything had been stolen.

Forensic tests are being carried out at the shop and police are questioning those who knew Mr Sivakumar.

They say they are keeping an open mind about why he was killed and are not releasing details of his injuries.

The post-mortem examination was inconclusive, more tests are to be carried out on Monday.

Sri Lankan-born Mr Sivakumar, who was married, was found at 0800 GMT on 5 January.

He is thought to have been killed sometime between then and 2300 GMT the previous day.

Detectives are asking anyone in the area of Willesden High Road that night who may have seen anything suspicious, to contact them.
