The 100th anniversary of a journal dedicated to Charles Dickens is being celebrated at a London museum.

The Dickens Fellowship first published The Dickensian journal in 1905.

Their meeting this weekend coincides with the launch of the new BBC TV serialisation of the novel Bleak House which will be the focus of activities.

Non-members can join the Fellowship at the Charles Dickens Museum, Bloomsbury, central London. A Bleak House themed walk around London is among events.

The Victorian novelist wrote a number of other classics including Oliver Twist, A Christmas Carol and David Copperfield.
