Mansfield cut the ribbon with gold-plated scissors

The M4 may not seem like a glamorous location, but a book looking at the motorway's history claims it has Hollywood connections.
M4 Sights Guide author Mike Jackson says west London's Chiswick flyover was opened 46 years ago by Jayne Mansfield.
He will mark Friday's anniversary of the opening of the motorway's eastern end by going to the spot with a life-size model of the actress.
His book consists of 500 entries about the past of the 204-mile long road.
Miss Mansfield was driven to the flyover from Borehamwood film studios, in Hertfordshire, by limousine and cut a red ribbon with gold-plated scissors to open the road.
Mr Jackson said: "Of our 500 entries, the one that amazed me most was the Jayne Mansfield connection.
"And people who have bought the book have said this fact stays in their heads each time they commute in and out of Chiswick."
