Fears grow for missing schoolboy
Jerome Nelson is missing
Police described Jerome as "not streetwise"
Police in east London are keen to trace a 15-year-old schoolboy who has not been seen since Friday.

Jerome Nelson, described by police as "not street-wise", was last seen by his father when he left for school that morning.

He was expected to return home to Sydenham, east London, in the evening but never did.

Police described Jerome as black, thin and shy. He was wearing glasses and a Parka-style coat and black hat.

He was also wearing a blue jumper and black school trousers, said police.

Det Insp Paul Chamberlain said: "We are very concerned about Jerome.

"I would urge him to get in contact with the police or, if he prefers, the National Missing Persons helpline."
