Man on hotel room murder charge

A man has been charged with murder after woman's body was found in a hotel room in west London.

Henryk Pieczynski, 44, will face Horseferry Road magistrates on Wednesday accused of killing a woman, aged 22, who has not been identified.

The body was found after police were called to a report of an incident in a room in the Brittania Hotel in Bayswater at about 0427 BST on 16 June.

Post-mortem tests showed the victim died from stab wounds to the chest.
