Residents were advised to keep their windows shut

Two hundred people have been allowed to return home two days after a huge fire started at a tyre depot in west London.
Sixty homes were evacuated because of fears gas cylinders stored in the depot in Uxbridge might explode.
They returned home at 0930 BST on Sunday, and a 200-metre "exclusion zone" has been lifted - although some roads remain closed.
Firefighters are still damping down at the scene before an investigation into the cause of the fire begins.
Sections of Park View Road, Chestnut Avenue and Falling Lane remain closed but are expected to open later on Sunday.
Nearly 100 firefighters were at the scene at the height of the fire on Friday night.
It was the third evacuation in a week sparked by fires involving gas cylinders in London.
