A rare harp worth £27,000 has been returned to its owner days after it was stolen as she unloaded her car.
The Obermayer harp was taken from outside her house in Sydenham, south east London at 2230 BST on Thursday.
The 39-year-old owner said she was absolutely devastated at the theft and was unable to work without the harp.
It was found, apparently relatively undamaged, early on Wednesday morning in Home Park, Sydenham, and has been returned to its owner.
Scotland Yard has said the distinctive harp would have been "virtually impossible" to sell on the legitimate market.
