A man whose partner bled to death after the pair took part in sexual acts using a golfing umbrella and a bottle, has been jailed for four years.
Adrian Lewis, 25, of south-west London, admitted manslaughter through recklessness at the Old Bailey.
He said Caroline McMillan, 31, asked him to use the implements after a night of drinking in January this year but stopped when she complained of pain.
Lewis found her dead at their Mitcham home the next day.

Your behaviour went far beyond any sort of sexual

Judge Brian Barker described Ms McMillan's death as "tragic".
Passing sentence he told Lewis: "In the evening of massive over-indulgence, you not only lost the partner you loved, you took away the mother of your two children.
"In your drunken state, your behaviour went far beyond any sort of sexual experimentation."
The defence said the couple were "deeply in love" and that Lewis had been left "traumatised" by the death.
The judge also gave Lewis a two-year supervision order to follow his four year jail term.
