A man shot dead in north London on Friday night has been identified as 25-year-old Marcus Cox from Tottenham.
Officers found him lying in Tottenham High Road at the junction with Northumberland Park at about 2000 GMT.
They believe he was chased in his car and then on foot by up to two men along the High Road after an argument outside Chick King fast food restaurant.
Detectives from Operation Trident, which focuses on gun crime within the black community, are investigating.
Witness appeal
One suspect is described as a light-skinned black man, who is in his early to mid-20s, 5ft 9in to 6ft tall, clean shaven, with short hair and wearing a dark-coloured hooded top and dark trousers.
The other is 5ft 9in, of Somalian appearance, with a check shirt and black trousers.
He is described as 'dirty-looking' and is thought to have taken the keys of the victim's blue BMW car, but police say it is not clear if he was a bystander.
Following searches carried out on information from the community, a 29-year-old Tottenham woman was arrested on firearms offences.
It is not yet known if this is linked to the murder.
