Suvi Aronen was battered to death
A man has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Finnish student Suvi Aronen, whose battered body was found in east London.

Jason Dockrill, of Stratford, east London, denied killing the 23-year-old in Wanstead on 20 March this year.

The 33-year-old appeared at the Old Bailey on Wednesday and denied assault and attempted robbery of a mobile phone and handbag from Fahima al-Barzanti.

He also denied assaulting Karin Karina and robbing Glynis Moore of her handbag on the same day as the murder.

Mr Dockrill was remanded in custody at the Old Bailey to face trial on 19 April, next year.
