An electrical fault caused a fire which destroyed a row of seafront shops in Lincolnshire, fire officials confirmed.
The blaze started in the offices of The Square Peg pub on the Grand Parade in Skegness on Monday Night.
At its height more than 60 firefighters tackled the flames and nearby residents had to be evacuated.
Officials from East Lindsey District Council have carried out an inspection and decided the buildings are unlikely to be demolished.
No-one was hurt in the incident and all those evacuated have since been allowed back home.
This fire was close to the scene of a major blaze last year, which led to part of Grand Parade being demolished.
