Artists open doors to the public

Artists in Lincolnshire are offering local people the opportunity to see them at work at special events over the weekend.

A total of 18 professionals from West Lindsey will hold tours and sessions as part of "Art on the Map" (AOTM).

Among them are sculptors, painters, glass blowers and photographers.

The scheme aims to make art more accessible to the general public and similar events are planned for other parts of Lincolnshire later this year.

AOTM was formed in 2000 and is run by volunteer members.
