Plans for shopping centre in town

Another shopping development is being proposed for a Lincolnshire town.

Planning permission for 16 shops and 14 apartments on a site in Red Lion Street in Boston has been applied for by the Texas Group.

A car park will also be built into the scheme which will go before planners for consideration at a later date.

Plans are already in place for the Merchants Quay complex near the River Haven. Two other shopping developments opened in the past few years.
