Motorcyclist found dead on road

A motorcyclist was found dead on a Lincolnshire road following a crash, police have said.

The motorcyclist was found dead on the A1028 near a roundabout at Gunby Corner near Spilsby late on Friday evening.

The victim, who was from the Spilsby area, was riding a blue Honda Africa Twin motorcycle at about 2230 BST when the accident happened, police said.

Anyone who saw the motorcycle in the area at the time of the accident is asked to contact police.

A police spokesman said an investigation is under way to determine if any other vehicles were involved.
