Man airlifted after cycle crash

A cyclist has been airlifted to hospital after his bike collided with a minibus in Lincolnshire.

The man, who is in his 60s, collided with the other vehicle on the A46 bypass between Pennells roundabout and the Pride of Lincoln.

He suffered serious injuries in the accident and was taken to Lincoln County Hospital by the air ambulance.

The road was closed following the incident. Police described his condition as stable.
