A 46-year-old woman has been charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal collision on the A1 in Lincolnshire.
Mary Barbara Butres, from Stamford, was driving a white Jaguar on the A1 near Great Ponton when it was in collision with a green Ford Fiesta on 12 May.
A man, 20, died at the scene and woman, 19, later died at Grantham Hospital.
John Nichols, 57, from West Wratting, Cambs, has been charged with aiding and abetting death by dangerous driving.
The woman is also accused of driving over the legal drink-driving limit.
The pair have been released on police bail and are due to attend Grantham Magistrates Court on 26 November.
