A teenager injured in an assault in a Lincolnshire town last month has been moved out of intensive care.

Robert King, 19, from Fulstow, suffered serious head injuries after the attack on Eastgate in Louth in the early hours of Sunday 29 July.

Mr King has now moved onto a ward at the Hull Royal Infirmary and although weak, has got out of bed, police said.

Six local men charged in connection with the assault are due to appear before Louth Magistrates on 23 August.
