The town and district councils will jointly fund the new mask.

A mascot at a Lincolnshire seaside resort is getting a makeover - after residents claimed it was too ugly.
Townsfolk in Skegness told officials they were not happy with the new-look Jolly Fisherman mascot's costume.
The old suit - which includes a large plastic fisherman's head - was replaced because it was too stifling for the person inside.
But the public think the new one is too unattractive - and now council leaders are paying for the mask to be changed.
Almost 80% of people surveyed by Skegness Town Council said they did not like the new face as it was too cartoon-like.
The town council said it was now hoping to produce a new mask similar to the traditional look of the mascot.
Skegness is famed for its "So Bracing" Jolly Fisherman logo, and was the place where Billy Butlin opened his first ever holiday camp.
The mascot, whose copyright is owned by the town council, attends events in the Skegness area.
