Six bailed over man hurt in fight

Six people arrested after a 19-year-old man was seriously injured during a fight in a Lincolnshire town have been released on bail.

About 20 people are thought to have been involved in the fight which broke out on Eastgate in Louth in the early hours of Sunday.

The man from the Fulstow area was in a critical condition with a head injury at Hull Royal Infirmary on Tuesday.

Six local people aged between 19 and 22 have been released on bail.

Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
