Woman killed after 4X4 collision
A female pedestrian has died after being hit by a 4x4 vehicle in a Lincolnshire town.

The collision happened when the Mitsubishi Warrior was reversing on the footpath at Abbey Road in Bourne at around 1540 GMT on Friday.

The 47-year-old woman from the Bourne area was taken to hospital in Peterborough, where she later died.

The driver and passenger of the 4x4 were uninjured. Police have appealed for witnesses to the incident.
