A drama worker is being employed to help people with mental health problems in Lincolnshire.
The county's NHS trust is the first one in the UK to pilot the post. It is designed at helping people recover from mental illness through drama and arts.
Several projects have been lined up for the year, including open sessions and an expressive arts therapy group.
John Bowtell, who has been appointed to the position, was previously a community support worker for the trust.
Most of his work will be in the south west of the county.
