Speed camera to be switched off
A speed camera has been switched off over concerns that it may be illegal.

A motorist has successfully avoided a speeding fine by claiming that the camera in Anwick on the A153 near Sleaford, Lincs, is inadequately lit.

There is now a chance that everyone else who has been convicted by the camera could demand their fine back.

Steve Bachelor, from the Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership, said an investigation was taking place.
