Scheme to tackle housing shortage
More than 200 houses are to be built in part of Lincolnshire to tackle a shortage of affordable housing.

East Lindsey District Council has teamed up the New Wolds Housing Trust to build the houses over the next four years, at a cost of £16m.

Project managers say they will provide training and jobs for local people and use local building materials.

Work is due to start early next year, with the first houses planned for Monks Dyke Road in Louth.
