Flood defences at a Lincolnshire town are about to be refurbished.
Work will take place on the sluice at Lock's Mill on the outskirts of Spalding.
The gates are to be replaced on the sluice, which drains an area of farmland used for emergency storage.
Extra gates are also being built, and the whole job will mean the temporary damming of the River Welland.
