Worker killed in factory accident
A man who died after getting trapped in machinery at a Lincolnshire factory has been named by police.

Colin Edward Blades, 34, of Eastfield Road, Louth, died in the accident at the Linpac factory on an industrial estate in Louth.

An inquest into his death was opened and adjourned at Louth Magistrates' Court, Lincolnshire Police said.

Health and Safety Executive officials have begun an investigation into Wednesday morning's incident.
