Sadie Raine wants a personal apology

A hospital has admitted responsibility after a baby suffered brain damage during delivery.
Kofi Raine-Samuels died three weeks after his birth at Leicester's General Hospital in May 2004.
His mother Sadie Raine has been told her baby might have survived if the labour had been managed properly.
The case was settled out of court for about £40,000, the family said. The hospital says changes have been made since Kofi's death.
'Personal apology'
Ms Raine suffered a ruptured uterus and had to undergo emergency surgery to repair the damage.
A caesarean delivery, which could have saved the baby, was not carried out as a result of a breakdown in communication in the hospital's labour suite, an independent expert said in a report on the case.
"I was expecting to go in and have the baby and come out and be at home the next day," she said.
A spokesperson for Leicester's hospitals said: "We offer our deepest sympathies to Kofi's family.
"At the time, it was clear a mistake had been made and we told the family straight away.
"Subsequently we met with Kofi's family to apologise and have agreed a settlement with them.
"We have assured the family that we have learnt from this mistake and changes have been made."
Ms Raine said she wanted a personal apology from the people involved.
