Two young boys have been assaulted and robbed at a Leicestershire skate park.

The victims, aged 10 and 11 years old, were approached by three youths who assaulted them and stole their coats at the skate park in Market Harborough.

Officers said the youths also forced the boys to touch themselves inappropriately during the incident near Welland Park Road on Sunday.

The boys were treated in hospital for cuts and bruises. Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward.

One suspect is white, aged about 12 or 13 years old, and was wearing a black coat.

The other two are both white and aged about 10.
