Operation to stop dog's snoring
A Leicestershire dog is recovering from surgery after having a nose job to combat serious health problems.

Hinckley vet Terry Dunne performed the operation on Suki after he discovered she had poorly developed nostrils and distorted airways.

The problem was seriously affecting the health of the six-month-old Shih Tsu and making her snore.

Mr Dunne said: "She was so noisy you could hear her in the waiting room before you actually saw her."

He added: "While that was amusing for the owners and the staff, it has some quite serious heath implications for her respiratory tract so we decided to operate on her and try and improve her airways."
