Police wait on baby body results
Results of a post-mortem examination on a baby found in a Leics house are still being studied, police have said.

The infant, apparently newborn, was found at a house in Cromwell Crescent, Market Harborough on 20 October.

Detectives are now awaiting the results of further tests - and have said that at the moment they do not know how long these will take.

A 34-year-old woman who was treated in hospital after an incident on 19 October has been discharged.

A 30-year-old man was arrested on 19 October and has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

An inquest into the cause of the baby's death has not yet been opened.
