'Road rage' man dies in hospital
A man who suffered serious head injuries in a suspected road rage incident a month ago has died.

The incident happened at about 1000 GMT on Friday 30 January, on the hard shoulder of the Northbound M1 just before Leicester Forest East Services.

The drivers of a Rover car and a white box van pulled over and a row ensued in which the Rover driver, a man in his 50s, was injured.

A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault but later bailed.

Police say the M1 had been fairly busy and many people would have seen what happened.

Two lanes of the motorway were closed after the incident to allow police to carry out forensic examinations.
