Man killed in machinery accident

A man has died after becoming entangled in machinery at an industrial premises in Lancashire.

Michael Lahaza was found at the Autoy premises on Castleton Road, Deepdale, Preston, on Saturday afternoon, Lancashire Police said.

The 45-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers from Lancashire Police and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) have launched a joint investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
