Mr Cronfield was pulled from the property by fire crews

A house fire which claimed the life of a man in Blackpool was not suspicious, investigators have concluded.
George Cronfield, from Doncaster, was pulled out of the large semi-detached property on Hornby Road by firefighters on Saturday morning.
He was taken to Blackpool Victoria Hospital but died shortly afterwards.
Neighbouring homes were evacuated as up to 20 firefighters tackled the blaze, which fire investigators believe was started by a faulty toaster.
Mr Cronfield, who was in his 60s, had been visiting the resort to look after the property.
A Lancashire Fire Service spokesman said his death highlighted the need for smoke detectors.
"In our initial investigation there was no sign of any smoke detection.
"That is a must that everybody should have to give them early warning."
